I have put funds in mt LLC and I think its too much how can I go about moving it back to my Self directed IRA?

I have an IRA from Fidelity that I used to put funds in my Madison Trust self directed IRA. I then opened an LLC. I put too much in my LLC What can I do to get these funds back out of the LLC and into my Madison account and ultimately my Fidelity IRA. I am somewhat confused here.

Step 1. Send a check or wire to Madison using the delivery instructions found here: https://www.madisontrust.com/client-resources/delivery-instructions/

Step 2. Complete non-ACAT transfer paperwork with Fidelity and have them initiate the transfer.

Step 3. We will fulfil your request by sending funds to the client’s account at Fidelity
